Ball & Boyd Public Adjusters, Inc. located at 237 Route 149 in Marstons Mills, MA is a partnership formed by Tim Ball and Greg Boyd, who have both been licensed since 1989 and were competitors until 2007. After deciding to join forces and form a partnership in an effort to better serve local residents and keep up with their ever-growing client base and constant referrals, Greg and Tim created a stronger, broader network of resources than ever before. Today, Ball and Boyd employs 7 licensed adjusters, and is made up of 13 full-time and part-time employees.

Our company’s knowledge and experience in the insurance industry is well known, extensive, and proven.  Just ask any of our prior thousands of clients. Please call us with any questions regarding your policy, damage you might have suffered or any questions regarding our services.  The timing of our initial involvement is especially important to our effectiveness, and the sooner we get involved the better.  The insurance company hires professional representatives to protect their interests and you should, too. Damage is a matter of opinion and the amount of the settlement is subject to negotiation.

Our loss consultants will:

  • Review all relevant insurance coverage on the property.
  • Assist in securing the property to prevent further damage.
  • Advise and assist the insured in finding alternative living arrangements.
  • Prepare a complete, computerized, detailed analysis of all structural damage.
  • Prepare a detailed spreadsheet of all damaged personal or business property.
  • Research value of inventory items and assemble claim for presentation to insurance company.
  • Prepare a comprehensive analysis of past performance and anticipated business losses.
  • Attend all meetings with the insurance company, their adjusting and building representatives, or any other interested parties.
  • Before construction begins, we will review all estimates to repair damaged property provided by contractors of your choosing.
